Begin your culinary adventure in the delightful Getsemaní neighborhood at our designated meeting point (Av. Pedregal #29-225). Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink, setting the perfect tone for delving into Colombian gastronomy. Depending on your schedule, you can start at either 10:30 am or 5:00 pm and embark on a thrilling 3-hour culinary journey.
Under the guidance of a professional bilingual chef, you'll learn to craft a delectable three-course menu using fresh, traditional ingredients from the Colombian Caribbean. The classes vary depending on the day of the week, allowing you to choose between crafting the renowned Posta Cartagenera, the exquisite Red Snapper Encocado, the delightful Seafood Casserole, or the classic Pescado al Cabrito and Arepa de Huevo. For those who prefer something fresh and light, there is also a class dedicated to crafting Ceviches.
As you follow the chef's instructions, you'll uncover local culinary techniques and secrets, with the kitchen filling with intoxicating aromas.
In conclusion, you'll join your classmates at the table, enjoying the menu you've crafted, accompanied by a glass of wine and engaging conversation.

1) Posta Cartagenera Menu
* Mote de queso (White soup made of yam and local cheese)
* Posta negra cartagenera (Black Topside beef), served with coconut rice, plantains in temptation sauce, and avocado ají
* Tree tomato in syrup.
>> Available: Monday and Thursday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, and Tuesday from 5 pm to 8 pm
2) Red Snapper with Coconut Sauce
* Three types of Carimañola (crab, cheese, and ground beef)
* Red snapper in coconut sauce, served with coconut rice and patacones
* Enyucado (Cassava and coconut cake)

3) Seafood Casserole Menu
* Kibbeh & Baba ganoush (Lebanese influence in Colombia)
