  • Day 1 – Cali Flavors
Upon your arrival at CLO International Airport, a private transfer will be ready to take you to your hotel in Cali. After checking in, you will have some leisure time to settle down and get your first glimpse of the city.

In the afternoon, embark on an unforgettable experience: the Cali Food Tour, where you will dive into the rich flavors of Valle del Cauca. Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, you'll explore the vibrant Gallery Alameda, a renowned market in the city, sampling tropical fruits such as lulo, chontaduro, and freshly squeezed sugarcane. The tour continues to iconic culinary spots, including the Plazoleta Jairo Varela and traditional fish markets, where you'll taste ceviche, shrimp empanadas, and fish patacones.

Next, savor the famous "picadas caleñas," a flavorful combination of pork rinds, pork, fried yuca, ripe plantain, and arepitas, accompanied by local drinks like the refreshing cholao or the traditional champús. The tour concludes with a visit to a crafts shop, allowing you to take home a piece of Cali. After an afternoon filled with aromas, textures, and culture, you'll return to the hotel on your own to unwind.

  • Day 2 – Single Origin Coffee and Living Tradition
After breakfast at the hotel, you will set off early for the countryside to partake in the Coffee Tour at an authentic farm in Valle del Cauca. The private transfer will guide you through lush landscapes to the farm, where you'll be greeted with a traditional breakfast, marking the start of an immersive coffee experience.

Throughout the day, you'll discover the entire coffee process: from its history and cultivation to the harvesting, selection, drying, and roasting of the beans. You'll wander through coffee plantations, engage with farmers, and learn about coffee's cultural and economic significance in Colombia. Then, enjoy a traditional lunch and take part in a coffee ritual, where you'll craft your own cup using artisanal methods. Back in Cali, the afternoon is yours to relax or explore the city independently.

  • Day 3 – Vineyards and Valle del Cauca Legacy
The final day invites you to explore the essence of Colombian romanticism with a visit to Hacienda El Paraíso and the Wine Route. Departing from your hotel, you'll head to this historic hacienda, which served as the backdrop for Jorge Isaacs' novel "María." Tour the colonial mansion, its gardens, and rooms steeped in history and art, offering a journey through time that blends literature and heritage. The adventure continues at Tierra Paraíso, a local winery where you'll learn about the Isabella grape vineyards and the winemaking process in a tropical climate. You'll see Colombia's largest barrel, enjoy a guided wine tasting with a sommelier, and participate in a pairing with typical Valley products. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to bottle your own wine and visit Santa Elena to admire the Monument to Efraín and María.
