Your first stop will be at the Farmers Market, an organic market crafted from stones, earth, and molasses. Stroll through its 188 stalls and discover the artisanal wealth of the region.
Next, you'll head to the Plazoleta de las Costumbres to prepare for an exciting cable car ride. This journey lasts 25 to 30 minutes and spans more than six kilometers, allowing you to cross the canyon while enjoying unparalleled panoramic views. Around noon, savor a typical Santanderean lunch, a delightful opportunity to taste the region's most representative flavors, such as goat, pepitoria, and arepas de maíz pelao.
